If the rig is pre-ordered, when will I receive it?
You will receive your rig prior to the blockchain configuration being completed. This will give you time to set up your rig for mining. Important to note, that the Kala mining rig will not be mining Kala until the Kala blockchain is complete.
My rig was damaged after it was set up
Unfortunately, we are not liable for damages once you have completed setting up the Kala Rig. If you can describe how the rig was damaged, we’d love to give suggestions to help you.
Will an associate come to install the rig for me?
No, but all rigs come pre-configured and only require a simple plug in process. Instructions will be emailed along with the shipping information.
